Tottenham hostspur told announce the signing of Ajax defender to strengthen the team in the 2017 /18 campaign
Tottenham Hotspur have announced  the signing of defender Davinson Sanchez from Ajax.

"We are charmed to declare that Davinson Sanchez has finished his turn to the Club subject to receipt of his work permit not long from now," last season's Premier League runner up reported on their official site on Wednesday.

"The 21-year-old has finished his medical session and remaining paper work  today (Wednesday) and will wear the number six shirt."

Sanchez, who was in the Ajax side that achieved last season's UEFA Europa League last, is accounted for to have fetched Tottenham around £45m, a club record expense.
