Ex Real Madrid player and Real Madrid Ambassador Roberto Carlos has been condemned to imprison by a Brazilian judge for the accusations  of neglecting to pay tyke bolster.


The ex-Brazilian universal full back owes his ex-accomplice Babara Thurler 61,000 reais (around $20,000), as indicated by records held up with itaperuna family court in Rio de Janeiro state, Brazil, as indicated by reports in Xinhua

Thurler has two kids for Carlos, the ex Real Madrid protector has nine offsprings

Judge Mayane de Castro said the family dismissed a proposition by the 44-year-old to pay the total in portions.

The resigned World Cup champ's legal advisor, Fernando Pittner, said "the issue would be settled without Carlos going to imprison".

Carlos, who was topped 125 times for Brazil's national group, presently lives in Spain and fills in as a represetative for Real Madrid
