Arsenal crowned Emirates Cup champion.. Lacazette scored as Arsenal lost to Sevilla

Arsenal fc have won the Emirates Cup regardless of a 2 - 1 lost to the Spanish side Sevilla at the Emirates stadium on Sunday.


Record signing  Alexandre Lacazette scored his first
goal for his new club in the defeats as the Gunners guaranteed the trophy in view of number of goals scored by the Arsene Wenger team.

The match finished goalless in the main half however woke up in the second half with Joaquin Correa opening the scoring.

Lacazette evened out with a deft complete from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's draw back.

Steven Nzonzi would however scored the winning goal  with a left footed styler from fresh.

The Gunners lifted the trophy because of the quantity of goals  scored regardless of winning one and losing one of their match to Sevilla. Arsene Wengers scored six, five out of a 5 - 2 in finished Benfica and one against Sevilla.

The Gunners now confront their regard for the Community Shield amusement against Premier League champions Chelsea.
